Reframe the Question
Reframe is the key to innovation. It assumes that there is always a more productive way to approach a challenge, one that leverages more of a client’s innate advantages. It involves diverging and converging to identify the underlying issues and how they really operate.
Typically questions are either too broad, too narrow or focus on symptoms rather the root cause. Reframe asks ‘what are all the things we could do here?’ and ‘what are the best things to do right now?’.
